2. Nature of the website

The website only introduces the company, its product groups and industry articles. The website has no data-collection form, does not list prices and has no function for ordering, entering into contracts or paying online; customers contact us by email or WhatsApp. Contacting us does not form an order or a contract; a contract is formed only when both parties sign a written contract.

Product groups: (1) multilayer bags for the electronics and semiconductor industries – moisture barrier bags, shielding bags and metalized bags; (2) nitrile/latex gloves – cleanroom gloves for electronics and semiconductors; powder-free gloves for food and consumer use; chemical-resistant nitrile/latex gloves (personal protective equipment).

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

• Customers provide accurate request information and are themselves responsible for the import requirements in their own country, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
• Top Source Vietnam answers requests in good faith and has the right to decline requests that do not meet legal or compliance requirements.
• Product specifications, certifications, regulatory status, prices and terms are binding only when stated in the written quotation and the signed contract.

4. Personal data protection policy (summary)

• Data controller: Top Source Vietnam Co., Ltd. (details in section 1). Data contact: [email protected].
• Data we receive: the website has no data-collection form. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the data you choose to provide (usually your name, company, email, phone number and the content of your message).
• Purpose: only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and take the steps needed before signing a contract at the customer's request. Not used for marketing without separate consent.
• Recipients: staff handling the enquiry; personal data processors that are also recipients of data transferred abroad: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and DNS; global server network) and Microsoft Regional Sales Pte. Ltd. / Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft 365 email; stored outside Vietnam – Asia Pacific region); goods suppliers/logistics partners only when needed for the quotation. WhatsApp is a third-party platform of your choice that processes data under its own policy (WhatsApp Privacy Policy). Personal data is not sold.
• Transfer of data abroad: data is processed on Cloudflare and Microsoft servers outside Vietnam (see the Privacy policy, section 5).
• Retention period: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless the law or a contract requires longer.
• Security measures: encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections (Cloudflare); access to the company mailbox is limited to assigned staff.
• Rights of the data subject: withdraw consent; request to view, correct, delete or restrict processing of data via the contact email above.
• Complaints about personal data: complaints about personal data are sent to [email protected]; we respond within 02 working days and resolve them within the time limits of Decree 356/2025/ND-CP.
• Cookies/analytics: the website currently does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and does not load third-party scripts.

5. Receiving and handling feedback and complaints

1. Send feedback/complaints to [email protected], stating your company name, the quotation/contract number (if any) and the details.
2. Receipt is acknowledged within 02 working days.
3. The matter is reviewed with the relevant department and a resolution is proposed within 15 working days.
4. Disputes arising from a signed contract are resolved according to the terms of that contract.

6. Payment safety

The website does not accept payments. Payment is made only under a signed contract, by bank transfer to the bank account in the name of Top Source Vietnam Co., Ltd. stated in that contract. We never ask for payment to a personal account and never change account details by email or message – please call your contact person to verify before paying.
